Brown and several adjacent counties will be under a Severe Thunderstorm Watch until 6:00 am Friday.  As of 2:00 am Friday, storms were located between San Angelo and Ballinger and moving east/northeast, containing ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind.  Have a way to receive weather warnings through the early morning hours.  KOXE Meteorologist Randy Turner is on duty this morning and will relay pertinent weather information.
