Teri Kemp Edmiston, age 57, of Santa Anna, died February 27, 2023, at her home.
Family and friends are invited to a memorial service celebrating her life at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 5, 2023, at the First Presbyterian Church in Santa Anna. Arrangements are entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 400 W. Pecan Street, in Coleman.
Teri was born July 26, 1965, in Odessa, a daughter of Ralph and Dorothy Cunningham Kemp. She grew up in Odessa, where she graduated from high school. On October 17. 1992, she married Gayland Edmiston in Odessa. She moved to Santa Anna from Odessa in 1998. Teri was a member of the American Legion in Odessa. She loved plants and working in her garden. She enjoyed fishing and being outdoors. Teri was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Santa Anna and worked for the Santa Anna Independent School District for many years. She was a person who enjoyed life and will be deeply missed by those who loved her.
She is survived by her husband, Gayland of Santa Anna; son, Christopher Edmiston and wife Roxanne of Odessa; and one sister, Connie Franklin and husband James of Odessa, and their children, Dusty and Brian.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorials are suggested in memory of Teri to a charity of the donor’s choice.
