The lone run scored by the Brownwood Lady Lions Tuesday night came in the bottom of the first inning. Going up against 6A San Angelo Central, the Lady Lions lost their game 3-1. The Brownwood run happened as Jeniffer Romero reached on a one-out single, stole second base, advanced to third on a Chloe Walls ground out, and scored on Kyleigh Caperton’s RBI infield single to shortstop. The Lady Lions’ Friday game at Brady has been canceled, so the next action for Brownwood will take place March 10 at the Graham tournament.
