Draco Raul Miller 60, of Brownwood, Texas passed away Thursday February, 16, 2023.
A Wake will be held March 3, at Greater Faith Community Church 6pm – 8pm.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday March 4, at 1:00pm at Brownwood Coliseum with a public viewing from 12pm to 1pm.
Arrangements are by Brownwood Funeral Home.
Miller served on the Brownwood City Council as representative of Ward 4. Miller was elected in 2010, 2014, 2018 and 2022.
