Brown County Commissioners Court is scheduled to meet Monday, February 13, at 9:00 am in the Brown County Courthouse. The agenda is shown below.

III. CITIZENS COMMENTS:
Any citizen who desires to address the Commissioners Court on a matter not included on the agenda may do so at this time. The Commissioners Court may not deliberate on items presented under this agenda item. To comply with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, the Court respectfully requests that prior to addressing Court that each person submit a citizen presentation form that is located at the entryway to the Courtroom, stating your name, address, and topic of presentation. All presentations are subject to a five (5) minute time limit.

IV. CONSENT AGENDA:
The consent agenda includes non-controversial and routine matters that the court may act on in one single vote. The County Judge or any Commissioner may pull any item from the Consent Agenda in order to discuss and act upon it as a part of the Regular Agenda.
A. Approval of the Agenda Minutes from the previous meeting held on
02/06/2023.
B. Acceptance of Treasurer’s/Auditor’s Report.
C. Approval of recommendation regarding burn ban.
D. Approval of Treasurer/Auditor’s recommendation on payment of bills.

VI. BUSINESS TO BE DISCUSSED AND CONSIDERED FOR APPROVAL:

A. Consideration and possible approval of participation m the Texas Association of Counties cybersecurity training program.
B. Consideration and possible approval of Pleasant Valley Estates subdivision in May, Texas to be presented by Levi Craft and Nick Taylor.
C. Receipt of Request for Qualifications for Information Technology and Telecommunications Services.

VII. EXECUTIVE SESSION
