In action on Tuesday night, the Brownwood Lady Lions soccer team picked up a 1-0 victory against Marble Falls at Gordon Wood Stadium.   Molly Oliver accounted for the lone goal, with an assist from Addison Pesina, for Brownwood, which improved to 4-1 on the season. The Lady Lions will next host Graham at 7 p.m. Friday at Gordon Wood Stadium.

In Mineral Wells on Tuesday night, the Lady Lions basketball team improved to 1-1 in district with a 54-33 victory.  Mady Pyle led the Lady Lions with 13 points followed by Hannah Deen with 12, Kimber Green with nine, Sidney Windham with seven, Kassidy Wooten with six, Icess Hall with five, Miranda Northcutt and Talasia Green with one point apiece.  The Lady Lions are back in action at 5:45 p.m. Friday as they host Graham.
