Terry Lynn Johnson, age 74, of Bangs, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 8, 2023.

A memorial service for Terry will be held at a later date. Cremation is under the direction of Heartland Funeral Home.

Terry was born on August 16, 1948 in Dallas to Zueluma and James Johnson. After graduating from High School, he joined the United States Navy where he served his country for 4 years. After he left the Navy, he continued to serve his community in Law Enforcement where he served for a significant portion of his life. He enjoyed using HAM radio and spending time with his family.

Terry is survived by his wife, Caryl Johnson; daughter, Terrianne Margason and husband DJ; step sons, Tim Rudloff and wife LaNita Jed Rudloff and wife Jessica; daughter in law, Tammy Rudloff; sister, Sharon Holloway and husband Steve; 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Mike Johnson; and stepson, Ryan Rudloff.
