Vivian May McWhirter age 61 of Carlsbad, New Mexico passed to the arms  of Jesus on Sunday, December 4, 2022 at 2:14 am at the University Medical Center in El Paso, Texas.

A memorial service is to be announced at a later date for Vivian.  Services are under the direction and care of staff of Henderson Funeral Home of Coleman.

She was born November 7, 1961 in Coleman. Texas to her loving parents Ronald Edwin and Loretta Jane Thomas McWhirter.  Vivian attended and graduated from Talpa Centennial ISD and later received her dietary training which she expertly used during her employment at Holiday Hill Nursing Home.   She was born and raised in Coleman and had been a resident of New Mexico for the past 20 years. Vivian was a Loving, caring, beautiful soul extending herself as a mothering figure to her siblings following her mother’s death in 1988.  Her hobbies were in the world of arts and crafts and she loved spending time with her nieces and nephews.
