Due to the expected arrival of a strong cold front Thursday night, the annual Veterans Day Program in Brownwood on Friday morning, November 11, is being moved indoors to the VFW Post, 2300 Stephen F Austin Drive, two blocks west of the Central Texas Veterans Memorial, on the corner of Crockett and Stephen F Austin.

Patriotic music will start at 10:30 AM. The BISD 6th Grade Choir, directed by Taffy Watts, will sing a patriotic medley starting at 10:45 AM. The official program will start at 11 AM.

After the ceremony, all Veterans are invited to enjoy a free BBQ meal provided by Up In Smoke BBQ in Partnership with Early Chamber of Commerce and VFW Post #3278.
