B. Consider approval of the Final Plat of Replat of Shoppes of Pecan Bayou, being a final plat of 3 lots on 3.69 Acres, located along the northeast corner of Hwy 67/E. Commerce Street and Riverside Park Drive BCAD # 21931, to divide the property into lots for individual sale.
