District Attorney, Micheal Murray says that a felony case was recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Mike Smith, presiding.

Stacy Allen Darnell pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance as a Habitual Offender and was sentenced to Twenty (25) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Acey Sliger, Jr. pled guilty to the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to Fifteen (15) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Karl Brian King aka Brian King pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to Eight (8) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Bradley Kinsey pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to Five (5) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Kinsey, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Reckless Injury to an Elderly was sentenced to Fifteen (15) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Steve Ray Cline pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Terroristic Threat Against Public Servant and was sentenced to Eleven (11) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

David Loren Harris pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to Eight (8) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
