Ivan Sergio Garcia Rincon, 34, passed away on Wednesday, July 13th 2022.
A visitation will be held with family from 6:00 – 7:00 PM, Rosary 7:00 – 8:00, Friday, July 22, 2022 in the Heartland Funeral Home Chapel.
Mass will be held at the St. Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church at 10 A.M., Saturday, July 23, 2022. Interment will follow at Greenleaf Cemetery.
Ivan was born on August 19, 1987 in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. He was married to Ashley Garcia on May 26, 2014 and they are blessed with 5 children. Ivan attended Primaria Lucas Balderas and Secundaria Fuego Nuevo in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. Ivan was a caring and loving family man and husband. He loved to cook, barbeque and was an outdoorsman that loved to spend time with his animals. He would spend hours drawing and doing tattoos. Ivan liked to joke around with his girls and was a responsible, hardworking man that will be deeply missed by his family, friends and siblings. He will be missed every single day, but we know he is with our Lord, taking care of us from heaven. He is a member of Saint Mary’s Queen of Peace Catholic church in Brownwood, Texas.
Ivan is survived by his wife, Ashley Garcia; son, Angel Alexander Carrere; daughters, Maggie Young, Allison Magen Carrere, Jazmine Nicole Garcia and Eva Serai Garcia; father, Gregorio Garcia Rodriguez; siblings, Luciana Garcia Rincon, Angela Garcia Rincon, Diego Garcia Rincon, Juana Garcia Rincon, Magdalena Garcia Rincon, Martha Garcia Rincon, Maria Garcia Rincon, Remedios Garcia Rincon, Jose Garcia Rincon and Alma Garcia Rincon; numerous nieces and nephews. Ivan was preceded in death by his mother, Maria Nicolasa Rincon Patlan.

Iván Sergio García Rincón, de 34 años, falleció el miércoles 13 de julio de 2022. Se realizará un velorio familiar de 6:00 a 7:00 p.m., Rosario de 7:00 a 8:00 p. m. el viernes 22 de julio de 2022 en el Capilla de la funeraria Heartland. La misa se llevará a cabo en la Iglesia Católica St. Mary Queen of Peace a las 10 a.m. del sábado 23 de julio de 2022. El entierro seguirá en el cementerio Greenleaf.
Iván nació el 19 de agosto de 1987 en San Miguel de Allende, México. Se casó con Ashley García el 26 de mayo de 2014 y son bendecidos con 5 hijos. Iván asistió a Primaria Lucas Balderas y Secundaria Fuego Nuevo en San Miguel de Allende, México. Iván era un hombre de familia y esposo cariñoso y amoroso. Le encantaba cocinar, hacer barbacoas y era un amante de la naturaleza al que le encantaba pasar tiempo con sus animales. Pasaba horas dibujando y haciendo tatuajes. A Iván le gustaba bromear con sus hijas y era un hombre responsable y trabajador que su familia, amigos y hermanos extrañarán profundamente. Lo extrañaremos todos los días, pero sabemos que está con nuestro Señor, cuidándonos desde el cielo. Es miembro de la iglesia católica Saint Mary’s Queen of Peace en Brownwood, Texas.
A Iván le sobreviven su esposa, Ashley García; hijo, Ángel Alexander Carrere; hijas, Maggie Young, Allison Magen Carrere, Jazmine Nicole García y Eva Serai García; padre, Gregorio García Rodríguez; hermanos, Luciana García Rincón, Ángela García Rincón, Diego García Rincón, Juana García Rincón, Magdalena García Rincón, Martha García Rincón, María García Rincón, Remedios García Rincón, José García Rincón y Alma García Rincón; numerosas sobrinas y sobrinos.
A Ivan le precedieron en la muerte su madre, Maria Nicolasa Rincon Patlan.
