(VAR  14-22) 2703 Belmeade Ave.: Requesting a variance of 6 ft. into the 6 ft. side yard setback requirement to build a garage with gutters.

(VAR  15-22) 4404 Rosewood Dr.:  Requesting a variance of 25 ft. into the 25 ft. front yard setback requirement to build a carport.

(VAR  16-22) 903 Norwood St.:  Requesting a variance of 5 ft. into the 6 ft. side yard setback requirement to build a pool deck with awning and gutters.

(VAR  17-22) 2406 Good Shepherd Dr.:  Requesting a variance of 24 ft. into the 25 ft. front yard setback requirement to build a carport.
