The Coleman County Junior Rodeo will be Thursday, June 23 through Saturday, June 25 at the Coleman Rodeo Grounds. An extra night was added this year, on Thursday, specifically for rough stock events. On Thursday, June 23, there will be Mutton Bustin, Calf Riding, Steer Riding, Junior Bull Riding and Senior Bull Riding. Entry fees are below.
Mutton Bustin – $25; Calf Riding $25; Steer Riding $50; Junior Bull Riding $50; Senior Bull Riding $50. Books will open at 5 pm and the Rodeo will start at 7 pm. There will be EMS on site that night for precaution and safety of all riders.
Timed events will take place on Friday and Saturday nights, June 24-25. Books open at 5:00 pm and the Rodeo begins at 7:00 pm. There will be competition for 10&Under Girls and Boys; 11-14 Girls and Boys; 15-19 Girls and Boys. Fees for each event are below.
