According to District Attorney, Micheal Murray, felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Mike Smith, presiding.

Jeremy McConnell pled guilty to the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to Ten (10) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Bo Earl Blair, on probation for the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated, was revoked and sentenced to Seven (7) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Shelly Moor, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to Fifteen (15) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Brian Gambaro, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Burglary of a Building, was revoked and sentenced to Fourteen (14) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
