The Brownwood Lions are headed to the baseball playoffs thanks to a 6-0 shutout of Stephenville Friday night. The victory means Brownwood will go into the Bi-District round of the playoffs against Vernon next weekend. Brownwood will be the 3rd seed while Vernon was the runner-up in their district. Vernon has a record of 8-2 in district, 16-7 on the season. Brownwood will enter the playoffs with a district record of 6-6 and season record of 9-15-1.  Listen to KOXE Sports next week for more information.
