(VAR 06-22) 3501 1st St.: Requesting a variance of 14 ft. into the 15 ft. side street setback requirement to build a carport.
(VAR 07-22) 606 Valley View: Requesting a variance of 24 ft. into the 25 ft. front yard setback requirement to build a carport.
(VAR 08-22) 1007 W. Commerce: Requesting a variance of 25 ft. into the 25 ft. front yard setback requirement to build commercial storage units.
