A. TML Health representatives will present the City Council with a Longevity Award.
B. Consider a request from the Central Texas Veteran’s Committee for the City to petition the Air Force for a static display aircraft at Memorial Park.
C. Discuss and consider approving a program for low cost spay and neuter vouchers for Brownwood residents to be managed by the Corrine T. Smith Animal Shelter.
D. Consider authorizing a budget amendment for the purchase of a skid steer and a broom attachment for the Street Department.
E. Consider authorizing a budget amendment to purchase a 40-ton trailer for the Fleet Department.
F. Consider authorizing the additional cost to repair leaks at Wiggins Pool discovered by Commercial Swim Management after performing the leak detection inspection.
10. Ordinances and Resolutions
A. Consider an ordinance on second and third/final reading changing the zoning classification of2702 and 2708 Avenue C, being Block 13, Lot Part 2, 3, and 4, of the Hillcrest Addition, from M-H Manufactured/Mobile Home District to R-3 Multi-family Residential District.
B. Consider declaring fifty used water meters as surplus property and authorizing the donation of the water meters to the City of Carbon, Texas.

13. Executive Session:
The City Council may convene into a closed executive session in the Haynes Conference Room, pursuant to the provisions of the Open Meetings Law, Chapter 551, Government Code Vernon’s Annotated, in accordance with the authority contained in the following section:
