A one vehicle accident just after 6:00 pm Thursday evening, on the north side of Coleman, resulted in the death of a man from Del Rio.  Coleman Police, Coleman Fire Department, Santa Anna Fire Department, Coleman County Sheriff’s Department and Lifeguard EMS responded to the intersection of Highway 84 and 206, or the “Y”.  According to Coleman Police Chief Chris Bratton, the driver was going north and exited onto Highway 206, lost control, went into a side skid and overturned in a ditch with the vehicle coming to rest upside down.  The name of the victim was withheld pending notification of next of kin.  The wreck remains under investigation.
