As of 12:15 pm Sunday, Bangs and Santa Anna Volunteer Fire Departments were in route to the Bangs area for a new wildfire.  We’re told it is just off Highway 84/67.  UPDATE – Near FM 585.  As of 12:55 pm Sunday, Brownwood Regional Airport showed South wind at 17, gusting to 29 mph meaning the fire would move toward the north.  Humidity was 15%.  A Red Flag Warning is in effect until 9:00 pm tonight (Sunday) for dangerous fire weather conditions.

In addition, various fire departments were also responding to the Rising Star area for another wildfire.  We don’t have confirmation as of yet of the location.
