A graveside funeral service will be held for Dr. Geraldine Fuller Boyd on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at 2:00 PM in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery.

Geraldine Fuller Boyd was born December 31, 1929 in Mineral Wells, Texas.  The daughter of Lee and Minnie Fuller.  She passed on to her Heavenly reward December 28, 2021.

Ms. Fuller graduated Brownwood High School in 1947 and graduated from Howard Payne in 1950.  She earned her PhD in Mathletics from Texas Christian University in 1967.  She was a school teacher, who taught in many public schools and Baylor University, eventually returning to Howard Payne to become the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences.  She was a dynamic individual who inspired her students to achieve great things.  Geraldine did pretty good for a little girl that could not speak plainly or do any math at the start of second grade.

Geraldine is survived by her sons, Marcus Daunis and Don Daunis; grandchildren, heather, matt, Cathern, Joseph and Zachary; several great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Geraldine was preceded in death by her parents, Lee Fuller and Minnie Jackson Fuller; her brothers, MJ Fuller, Leonard Fuller and Clyde Fuller.
