The Brownwood Lions baseball team resumed play Friday in the Stephenville/Glen Rose/Godley Tri-City Tournament losing to Ponder 6-0. The game was scoreless through the first four innings but Ponder bats came alive in the 5th inning as five runs crossed the plate. They added a sixth run in the sixth inning. The Lions had three hits in the game by Logan Posey, Cole Miller and Jakob Hataway. The tournament wraps up today (Saturday).
