The Board of Directors of Brownwood Municipal Development District will hold a Special Meeting Monday, March 7, at 11:00 am at City Hall, 501 Center Avenue.

The proceedings of the meeting will be as follows:

Item 1. Call the meeting to order.

Item 2. Approve a resolution to approve funding to the City of Brownwood for the
construction of a new multipurpose event center.

Item 3. Approve a resolution to allocate BMDD reserve funds for payment of existing
commitments.

Item 4. Approve a resolution authorizing the issuance of Brownwood Municipal Development District Sales Tax Revenue Bonds Series 2022 and authorize the board president to sign all related documents.

Item 5. Adjournment.
