The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Advisory from 6:00 pm Thursday until 10:00 am Friday.  While the air temperature is forecast to reach around 10 degrees tonight. Factor in a strong north wind, the wind chill will range from zero to 5 degrees below zero.  The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if proper precautions are not taken.
