Billie Jean Garza, age 67, of Brady, Texas passed away Saturday, January 15, 2022 in San Antonio, Texas.
Billie was born August 30, 1954 in Seminole, Texas to William Henry Fore and Winnie Louise (Greer) Fore. Her family moved to Brady when she was a child and has lived most of her life in Brady. She married M.L. Garza Jr. on July 3, 1971 in Brady. She loved her church, the Temple of Worship in Brady and enjoyed camping, fishing, going to her grandkids games and spending time with her family.
At Billie’s request, her remains will be cremated.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm Saturday, January 29, 2022 Rest Haven Cemetery in Brady with Reverend John McFarland officiating.

Billie is survived by her sons M.L. Garza, III and his wife Tamara of Brady, Texas and Justin Garza and wife Holly of Brady, Texas; daughter Teresa Brown and husband Stacy of Kyle, Texas; brothers Bill Fore and wife Donna of Scroggins, Texas and Jimmy Fore and wife Jonna of Mason, Texas; sisters Debbie Fore of Brady, Texas, Frankie Fore of Brady, Texas and Louise Welch of New Market, Maryland; grandchildren Matthew Najera, Macaela Garza, Nathan Najera, Gracie Garza, Makenna Garza, Joseph Garza, Bradyn Garza, Jase Garza, Devan Smith, Cody Smith, Tad Smith, Stacie Price, Brittney Lovell and Preslee Grace Haley; six great-grandchildren and numerous niece and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, grandson Nicky Garza, 2 brothers and 1 sister.
