A. Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance on first reading closing an undeveloped roadway located in the Thurman Cole Subdivision Plat, between Lots
19- 26, in Block 1, near 1033 West Commerce.
B. Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance on first reading closing an undeveloped alley located in the Rankin Addition, Block 14, between Main Street and Booker Street.
10. Requests and Presentations
A. Consider accepting a donation from the Stephen and Mary Birch Foundation, Inc., and the Food Plaza in Brownwood to be used for the purchase of Fire Department Equipment.
11. Ordinances and Resolutions
A. Consider an ordinance on first reading amending Ordinance 84-64 referring to prohibited parking between the hours of 10:00 pm – 6:00 am in Brownwood’s Downtown Historic District.
B. Consider an ordinance on second and third/final reading updating the terms and boundaries of Brownwood Industrial District Number 1.
C. Consider an ordinance on second and third/final reading adopting a revised plan redistricting the City’s Council Member Wards.
D. Consider a resolution supporting the Brown County Elections Administration for a County wide polling place program.
E. Consider a resolution authorizing the City to seek competitive sealed proposals for the Event Center project.
F. Consider a resolution regarding the annual review of the City’s investment policy.
