Services will be Tuesday at 3:00 pm at Henderson Funeral Home with Rev. Glen Barron officiating.  Services are under the care of Henderson Funeral Home Staff.

Jerry was born June 26, 1940 in Lubbock, Texas to John Alexander and Elsie Nina Mitchell Lester.  He was raised in Lubbock where he attended Lubbock ISD.  On June 20, 1967 Jerry married his loving wife Christine Lopez in Lubbock, Texas and they celebrated 54 years of marriage.  Christina preceded him in death. Jerry enjoyed playing his guitar and sharing his music with his many friends.  He has been a resident of Coleman since 2005 moving here from Weatherford. Jerry was a member of the Baptist Church and a Floortech.
