The Board of Directors of Brown County Water Improvement District #1 will meet Tuesday, November 9, at 4:00 pm at the Water District Office, 501 East Baker, in Brownwood. The posted agenda is shown below.

12. Consider and take necessary action regarding the sale of lots 21-27 at Robertson’s Point, Lake Brownwood, at appraised value to Scott Bryant and L.D. & Judy Bryant Enterprises, LLC.
13. Consider and take necessary action on a proposal for Oncor to install an automatic transfer switch at the District’s water treatment plants.
