According to District Attorney, Micheal Murray, felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Mike Smith, presiding.

Kristopher Allen Roe pled guilty to two separate felony offenses of Failure to Register as Sex Offender with Prior Conviction, Forgery and Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information and was sentenced to Twenty (20) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Dakota Michael Cross pled guilty to the felony offenses of Robbery and Assault Family Violence_ Occlusion and was sentenced to Fifteen (15) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Dannell Robles pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to Ten (10) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
