Thursday afternoon at 3:15 pm, the wind was sustained at 37 mph and was measured at 51 mph during a wind gust at Brownwood Regional Airport.  Two times today, the wind has reached 47 mph in gusts at 2:35 pm and 1:15 pm.  A 49 mph gust was measured at 3:35 pm.

A Wind Advisory will remain in effect until 6:00 pm.
