Shirley Phillips, age 65, of Brownwood passed away October 19, 2021, at her home in Brownwood.

She was born March 9, 1956, in Brownwood, the daughter of Rennie and Glenda (Peel) Pyburn.  She received her G.E.D. for high school and had lived in Brownwood most of her life. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts as a hobby and being with family.

She is survived by her daughter, Kristina Bates and spouse Donald Robertson of Brownwood, a stepdaughter, Robbye Harwell of Tucson, Arizona, two stepsons, Sam Harwell and Bobby Harwell both of Brownwood, granddaughters, Joanna Neff Dean and spouse C.D. of Kilgore, Texas, Jaeleigh, Klyeigh, Serenity, and Noah, her grandson, Blade Allan Williams also of Kilgore.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, and a son, Joey Neff.

Memorial services will be held at 2 PM on Wednesday, October 27, at the Davis-Morris Chapel of Heritage Funeral Home of Brownwood.  Her body was cremated.
