Richard “Ricky” Hathcock Jr., age 41, of Brownwood passed away Tuesday, October 19, 2021.

Celebration of Life for Richard will be held Saturday, October 30, 2021, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Blaylock Funeral Home; private interment will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood.

Ricky was born on September 2, 1980, to Richard “Rick” Sr. and Jonna  (Funderburk) Hathcock in Brownwood. He attended Early High School. Ricky was a loving husband and father; his daughter was his joy.

Ricky is survived by his wife, Jina McClain of Early; his daughter, Jennifer Hathcock; and brother, David Hathcock of San Antonio. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Rick Sr. and Jonna Hathcock.
