Early voting began Monday for the Constitutional Amendment Election in Texas.

Texans will decide on 8 proposed constitutional amendments.

According to Brown County Elections Administrator, Larry Franks, it was a very low voter turnout on day one with a total of 14 votes cast.

You can vote early at the Elections Office, 613 N. Fisk, from 8:00 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday through October 27^th and then 7:00 am to 7:00 pm on October 28^th and 29^th.

Election Day is November 2^nd.
