According to District Attorney, Micheal Murray, a felony case was recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court with Judge Mike Smith presiding.

Joefty Lopez-Rodriguez pled guilty to the felony offenses of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and Deadly Conduct and was sentenced to Four and a half (4.5) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
