Donald Raymond Baber age 87 of Coleman, Texas passed to the arms of his Lord Jesus on Monday, September 13, 2021 at 5:47 am at Coleman County Medical Center.

Memorial services will be set by the family at a later date.  Services are in the care of Henderson Funeral Home Staff.

He was born February 13, 1934 in Breckenridge, Texas to Frank and Lena Bell Johnson Baber.  Don was raised in Breckenridge and graduated from Breckenridge High School in 1951.  On November 3, 1968 Don married Betty Minatra in Coleman, Texas and they celebrated 52 years of marriage.

Proudly giving of his time Don served his country in the United States Army.
He was a lifelong resident of Coleman County and a member of the Baptist Church and the Masonic Lodge #496.  As a hard worker he was a welder and proud owner and operator of Baber Welding for many years.  He loved being in the outdoors with the wildlife and especially enjoying his grandchildren.
