The Brown County Water Improvement District #1 Board will meet at 4:00 pm Tuesday, September 14, at the water district office, 501 E. Baker.

7. Citizens Presentations: Any citizen desiring to address the Board of Directors regarding a matter not included on agenda may do so at this time. The Board of Directors may not deliberate on items presented under this agenda item. To comply with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, the Board of Directors respectfully requests that prior to addressing the Board, each person submit a citizen’s presentation form located at the entrance lobby, stating your name, address and topic of presentation. All presentations are limited to five (5) minutes time limit.
8. Consider and take necessary action on the assignment of lease of Space 113 on McCartney Island to Texas Bank.
9. Consider and take necessary action regarding a request from Brown County Constable Pct 2, Troy Henderson, regarding dock #7087 and corresponding spaces 73, 74 and 75 at McCartney Island.
10. Consider and take necessary action on the sale of lots 24 and 24A at Peninsula Subdivision at appraised value.
11. Consider and take necessary action on the transfer of easement of portions of Lateral 30 to the City of Early.
12. Consider and take necessary action on a proposal for Oncor to install an automatic transfer switch at the District’s water treatment plants.
13. Consider and take necessary action regarding grant funds issued to Brown County for water and sewer infrastructure.
14. Consider and take necessary action regarding Zebra Mussels found at Lake Brownwood and a proposal from Freese & Nichols to mitigate future zebra mussel damages.
15. Consider and take necessary action regarding Oncor’ s proposal to replace existing power lines across Lake Brownwood at the Hwy 279 bridge with underground lines.
16. Consider and take necessary action regarding request from Justin Jones and Tami Jones regarding their leased lots at McCartney Island.
17. Hear report from District’s Department Heads regarding monthly activities.
18. Hear General Manager report regarding current events.
