Rosa Maydean Hoffman, age 71 of Brownwood, passed away, Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at Hendrick Medical Center in Brownwood.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 10, 2021, at Heritage Funeral Home Davis-Morris Chapel at 11:00 AM, with Dawn and Ken Smith officiating.

Visitation will be held Thursday 6 to 8 PM, at Heritage Funeral Home Davis-Morris Chapel.

Rosa Hoffman was born in Brownwood on January 28, 1950, the daughter of Otis and Priscella Dean Cooley they preceded her in death.

Rosa was married to Bruce Hoffman in Brownwood, and she was a lifelong resident of Brownwood. She worked for Brownwood Manufacturing and as a CNA for several nursing homes. Rosa, when not taking great care of her great grandchildren she loved to fish, play card games, dominoes, and family gatherings to share food.

Survived by: daughter: Tara Hoffman, and Stephanie Phillips both of Brownwood

Sisters: Hazel Westerman of Granbury

Brothers: John Mallone and wife Debora of Brownwood

Joseph Wade Hardman of Brownwood

Sister: Diane Langley and husband Mike of Brownwood

7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren

Preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Monnie Lynn Hardman
