Prison Sentences Given in District Court

According to District Attorney, Micheal Murray, several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Mike Smith, presiding.

Pablo Celedon II, pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to Fifteen (15) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Celedon, on probation for the felony offense of Assault Family Violence- Occlusion was adjudicated and sentenced to Ten (10) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Brandon Tyler Valdez, on probation for the felony offense of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence was adjudicated and sentenced to Four (4) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Bobby Preston Evans, on probation for the felony offense of Evading Arrest with Vehicle was adjudicated and sentenced to Three (3) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Anthony Michael Deluca, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone was revoked and sentenced to Two (2) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Mason Fuller Carpenter, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance was adjudicated and sentenced to Two (2) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Dexter Bolds, on probation for the state jail felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Endangering a Child was adjudicated and sentenced to Twelve (12) Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division in each case.

Charles Nickerson, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance was adjudicated and sentenced to Twelve (12) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
