HOUSTON – The Howard Payne University women’s soccer team defeated The University of St. Thomas, 5-4, Wednesday to start the regular season.

The Howard Payne Lady Jackets are now 1-0 on the season and will be back in action on Saturday, September 4th, at Citizens National Bank Field in Brownwood, Texas.

They will take on Paul Quinn College at 4:30 PM.
