In session this morning (Monday, August 9), Brown County Commissioners put the Burn Ban back in effect for Brown County effective immediately.  Citing quickly drying conditions and gusty wind, the Burn Ban will be in effect for 90 days unless terminated earlier by action of the Commissioners Court.

Commissioners also approved the treasurer’s report and investment report.
