Brown County Water Improvement District Board of Directors will meet Tuesday, August 10, at 4:00 pm at the Water District Office, 501 East Baker.  The agenda is as follows:

5. Approval of claims and accounts
6. Approval of investment and financial reports

7. Citizens Presentations: Any citizen desiring to address the Board of Directors regarding a matter not included on agenda may do so at this time. The Board of Directors may not deliberate on items presented under this agenda item. To comply with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, the Board of Directors respectfully requests that prior to addressing the Board, each person submit a citizen’s presentation form located at the entrance lobby, stating your name, address and topic of presentation. All presentations are limited to five (5) minutes time limit.

8. Consider and take necessary action on the assignment of lease of Space 36 on McCartney Island to Texas Bank.
9. Consider and take necessary action regarding a request from Brown County Constable Pct 2., Troy Henderson, regarding dock #7087 and corresponding spaces 73, 74 and 75 at McCartney Island.
10. Consider and take necessary action regarding an update of District’s Engagement Agreement for Independent Legal General Counsel.
11. Consider and take necessary action granting General Manager authorization to execute updated plan documents for District’s 401a and 457b employee retirement plans.
12. Consider and take necessary action regarding budget amendments for fiscal year 2020/2021.
13. Consider and take necessary action regarding grant funds issued to Brown County for water and sewer infrastructure.
14. Consider and take necessary action regarding Zebra Mussels found at Lake Brownwood.
15. Hear report from District’s Department Heads regarding monthly activities.
16. Hear General Manager report regarding current events.
