The Kicks 4 Kids Shoe Drive, sponsored by Brown County Young Professionals, Weakley-Watson and Brownwood Municipal Development District (BMDD), will be held Wednesday, August 4, from 11 until 2 at the Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce.

Drop off new shoes (sizes 10 youth to 13 adults) that are appropriate for daily use at school. Kicks 4 Kids will benefit Pre-K through Seniors in High School. This event is designed to help kids returning to school this fall who start their new school year off with shoes that are either too small or too large.

The Young Professionals of Brown County have partnered with the local school districts and the Brown County Child Welfare Board to coordinate the distribution of shoe donations.

 A lunch plate will be provided for each shoe donation.
