According to District Attorney, Micheal Murray, the following felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Mike Smith, presiding.

Tony Dale Benson pled guilty to the felony offense of Stalking and was sentenced Twenty-five (25) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Kolton Reeves pled guilty to the felony offense of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and was sentenced to Eight (8) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Reeves, pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to Twelve (12) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Richard Paul Fields pled guilty to the felony offense of Failure to Register as Sex Offender and was sentenced to Six (6) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Russell Owen Osbourn pled guilty to the felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Felon in Possession of Firearm and was sentenced to Five (5) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Osbourn, on probation for the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon was revoked and sentenced to Five (5) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Christi Jo Hale, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone was adjudicated and sentenced to Two (2) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Brittany Meador, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Forgery was revoked and sentenced to Eighteen (18) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Tammy Jo Crouch Rodriguez pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Unauthorized Use of Vehicle and was sentenced to Twelve (12) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division. Further, Rodriguez, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Burglary of a Building was revoked and sentenced to Twelve (12) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Nelson Anderson pled guilty to the state jail felony offenses of Theft of Firearm, Burglary of a Building, and Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse and was sentenced to Twelve (12) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
