The State Commission of Judicial Conduct in June issued a public admonition and ordered additional education to Brown County Judge Dr. Paul Lilly.   The document states that during its meeting on June 9-10, 2021 the State Commission on Judicial Conduct concluded a review of the allegations against Judge Lilly.  Judge Lilly was advised by letter of the Commission’s concerns and provided written responses.  Judge Lilly appeared before the Commission on June 10, 2021 and gave testimony.
