The Texas Juvenile Justice Department will be holding at job fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, June 24 at the Ron Jackson State Juvenile Correction Complex Human Resource Office, located at 910 FM 3254 in Brownwood.

Youth Development Coach III-VI jobs are available, which pay $3,019.83 to $3,770.83 per month.

No experience is necessary, but you must be at least 23 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Interviews will be held on site for qualified candidates. Opportunities exist to start almost immediately. There are also opportunities to earn overtime the first week of starting and each month following. There are opportunities to earn holiday pay or paid holidays off. One hundred percent of your health insurance place is covered plus 50 percent of your dependent’s. Retirement and life-long health insurance are options if you build a career with the TJJD. Earn 12 days paid vacation and 12 days paid sick leave. You must be available for shift work.
