A Brownwood Municipal Development District Board Meeting is scheduled for 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, June 15th, in the Council Chambers at City Hall. The agenda is below.

Item 7. The BMDD Board may convene into a closed executive session in the
Haynes Conference Room, pursuant to the provisions of the Open
Meetings Law, Chapter 551, Government Code Vernon’s Annotated, in
accordance with the authority contained in the following section:
Section 551.071 – Consultation with Attorney
Section 551.072 – Deliberation Regarding Real Property
Section 551.074 – Personnel Matters
Section 551.087 – Deliberations regarding economic development negotiations
A. Discussion regarding a Building Improvement Incentive Program (BIIP) grant application for an existing business.
B. Discussion regarding the possible sale of BMDD owned property for economic development purposes.
C. Discussion regarding the possible sale of property in the light industrial park.
D. Discussion regarding BMDD personnel changes.
Item 8. The Board will reconvene into Regular Session in the City Council Chambers to
take any action deemed necessary as result of the Executive Session.
