The 84th Annual Coleman PRCA Rodeo begins today, Wednesday, June 9.
The Coleman County Cowgirls will be serving CHUCKWAGON BREAKFAST beginning at 7:30 am at the Rodeo Grounds just before the 8:00 am Steer Roping. SEE LIST BELOW OF ALL THE WEEK’S EVENTS AND TICKET INFORMATION:
Wednesday, June 9th, 3 rounds of Steer Roping starting at 8:00 am and then the timed event slack, beginning with barrel racing, at 6:00 pm Wednesday. It is free to attend Steer Roping and the timed event slack Wednesday evening.
Thursday, June 10 – Mutton Bustin’ in the rodeo arena at 7:15 pm.
The rodeo begins at 8:00 pm in the Coleman County State Bank Arena. The Jody Nix dance starts at 9:00 pm next door to the arena between the Franklin Center and Goree Expo Center.
Friday, June 11 – Mutton Bustin’ in the rodeo arena at 7:15 pm.
The rodeo begins at 8:00 pm. Giovannie & The Hired Guns concert starts at 9:30 pm followed by Pecos & The Rooftops at 11:00 pm next door to the arena between the Franklin Center and Goree Expo Center.
Saturday, June 12 – At 10:00 am be downtown Coleman for the Rodeo Parade. Also downtown will be the Farmer’s Market and at 11:00 am the Zucchini 500 will be held on the Courthouse Lawn. Following the parade there will be an Exceptional Kids Rodeo downtown. Mutton Bustin’ in the rodeo arena at 7:15 pm. The rodeo begins at 8:00 pm. Kevin Fowler takes the concert stage at 9:30 pm followed by Flatland Cavalry at 11:00 pm next door to the arena between the Franklin Center and Goree Expo Center.
RODEO TICKETS
- Adult tickets (ages 13 and up) are $10 per night
- Child tickets (ages 7 through 12) are $5 per night
- Children ages 6 and under do not need a ticket and will be admitted at no charge.
- JODY NIX DANCE – $15, cooler pass $10
- GIOVANNIE and PECOS – $20, cooler pass $20
- FOWLER and FLATLAND – $20, cooler pass $20
