It’s Rodeo Week in Brownwood

After Covid shut down the 2020 rodeo, it’s back, bigger and better than ever  June 3rd, 4th and 5th. Tickets are on sale for a reduced price $8 adults at KOXE, Texas Bank and Citizens National bank. $10 at the gate. Free youth passes to be distributed by Texas Bank.
Gates open 7 pm nightly. The rodeo starts at 8 pm.  Come see the thrills and spills! Don’t miss TC Long announcer, Andrews Rodeo Company, motocross rider Kenny “The Cowboy”, Bartram, Concho chicks drill team, Backflip Johnny Dudley, Miss Rodeo Texas Jordan Maldonado, and our own Brown County Royalty: Queen Rylah Morgan, Junior Miss Taylor Simpson and Princess Bentley Till.
Come sip, shop and dine at the market and trade days with 27 vendors then ride the rides with the Wagner Carnival.  There is something for everyone!

The Brown County Fair Association is excited to add a new event to the rodeo, the Calf Scramble for Brown County high school age students that will be participating in the 2022 Brown County Youth Fair. The participant must be an incoming Freshman through incoming senior for the school year 2021-2022. There is no cost to participate. The top six participants from Thursday night and Friday night will compete Saturday for two $500 vouchers to be used toward a project at the 2022 Brown County Youth Fair.
