Debra Kay Barber, 60, of Brownwood

Debbie Barber of Brownwood Texas went to her heavenly home May 25, 2021.

Public visitation along with a tribute to Debbie’s life and her unconditional love for her family and friends will be held Friday May 28 from 6-8 PM at Davis Morris Funeral Home, 800 Center Avenue, Brownwood, Texas.

The family will be present to receive guests and hear all the wonderful stories everyone has to share of our beloved Debbie. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the Breast Cancer Foundation.

Debra Kay Barber, age 60, of Brownwood, was born October 2, 1960, in San Angelo, the daughter of Daniel D. Barber and Linda Lane Barber.  She graduated from Amarillo High School and later attended Clarendon College.  She moved to Brownwood about eight years ago and worked as a receptionist for Dan-Hill Containers.

She is survived by her mother, Linda Bennett of Brownwood, two sons, Brandon Barber and wife Tabitha and their two children, Jaxon and Kylin of Brownwood and Bradley Barber of Giddings, two brothers, Tim of Lexington, and Michael of Lubbock, a step-brother, Michael Bennett, two step-sisters, Shelli Peterson and Angie Seguara, her aunt, Sherri Raynor of Sterling City, her uncle, Doyle Sims and wife Donna of Burleson, and her very special and close friend, Deborah Flanary of Amarillo.

She was preceded in death by her father and step-fathers, Milton Havins and Weldon Bennett.
