As of early Wednesday morning, Lake Brownwood was at 100% capacity which is good news headed into the summer months when water use is greater and water loss to evaporation is at its peak.  The photo, shared by John Allen of Brown County Water Improvement District, shows just a little water barely trickling over the spillway.
